The qualified instructors of our surf and yoga retreat in Sri Lanka are prepared to guide your sessions, helping cleanse your stresses from both mind and body.

Our yoga classes empower you to gain new ranges of mobility, express yourself through movement and increase body awareness. We teach you to channel your breath, energy and thoughts while being present in the moment.

You don’t need to be an expert or experienced in Yoga to take part in our classes, individual attention will be provided to ensure a sense of holistic wellness. We also infuse a lot of fun into our sessions where we experiment and play.
